11 locations in New Mexico with offices in Albuquerque and Santa Fe

ABOUT THE GROUP:
Group has been in business for 21 years.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
Looking to add an Oral Surgeon that is interested in Doctor Autonomy and providing great service.
Most clinic locations are solo positions with a Regional Manager and Office Manager.
Clinics are busy and average adding around 70 - 100 new patients / month.
Most clinics operate with a 4 1/2 day work week and a 1/2 day on a Saturday a month. Two late days and two early days. They are very flexible though and will rely on the doctor to set the schedule.

Will entertain new grads but most locations are solo.

PACKAGE:
Very high income earning potential.
$12K - $14K guarantee / month or a tiered production collection scale beginning at 30%. Doctor will receive the higher of the two.
W2 position with full benefits (401K, CE, PTO, paid license and DEA, etc)
