Multi-Family Construction GC/Development Group currently seeking a
Project Manager.
\n
\n
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
\n
\n
--- drafting of client proposals
\n
--- contract administration and management
\n
--- work with pre-construction, estimating and scheduling on
project estimate and schedule
\n
--- provide direction to the project team to complete the projects
safe and on time
\n
--- perform on-site Project Manager duties on small scope
projects
\n
\n
Required Skills/Qualifications Include:
\n
\n
--- BS in a Construction related field preferred.
\n
--- Multi-Family Construction required.
\n
--- Podium, Wrap, Construction preferred.
\n
--- Strong working knowledge of Procore, Excel and Word
\n
--- Strong prioritization and organizational skills;
detail-oriented
\n
--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n
\n
