Premier Solutionz, Inc. is looking to fill one full-time position. We are seeking an Territory Manager in Albuquerque and Los Lunas, NM. To qualify for this position, you must live in Albuquerque or the immediate area or be willing to relocate.Initial training for the Territory Manager Team Lead will be as an Automotive Inventory Photographer so you know all the in's and out's of the job your team members will be doing. We pride ourselves on being a TEAM that works together for a common goal and has a great culture!Position Summary: Provides management and motivation to regional Automotive Merchandising Specialists while providing a reliable point of contact to regional clients. The compensation for the position includes a base salary, car allowance, and monthly bonus.Duties and Responsibilities: include the following, other duties may be assigned.

• Provide and facilitate quality photography, video and 360's for automotive clients.
  • Fill in for an Automotive Photographer, if a store cannot be visited for any reason.
    • Assist in starting up new lot photography accounts.
      • Train new Automotive Photographers using company photo standards and practices.
        • Ensure all clients are serviced at least the minimum number of required times each week.
          • Review Photographers with Periodic Coaching Reports and provide retraining as needed.
            • Help Photographers develop effective service plans to meet their required visits and missing photos percentages.
              • Help Photographers troubleshoot issues/equipment.
                • Participate in weekly call with Operations Manager.
                  • Communicate updates with instructions and/or billing opportunities to team.
                    • Provide motivation and encouragement for Photographers.
                      • Identify underperforming Photographers and spend time working with them to improve revenue generation.
                        • Assisting with training or implementation of new equipment/products/processes as needed.
                          • Assist Support with Equipment assignment and collection.
                            • Performs all other duties as required.Position Requirements:
                              • Have unrestricted access to a personal vehicle
                                • Have unrestricted access to a personal computer and internet access.
                                  • Must be willing to drive to Santa Fe, Los Lunas, and surrounding areas as needed.Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities:

                                                  Requirements for the Job:
                                                  • Valid Driver's License
                                                  • 3 years of Driving Experience Minimum
                                                  • Automotive Industry Experience
                                                  • Ability to drive and park many different types of vehicles including manual (stick shift) transmissions **this is a requirement**
                                                  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
                                                  • Capable of extended periods of standing, walking, getting in/out of vehicles
                                                  • Experience with digital cameras, Google Docs, PC's, printers, email and smart phones
                                                  • Attention to detail, punctuality, and efficient time management a must!!
                                                  • Able to work with minimal supervision
                                                  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
                                                  • Work must be performed 4-5 times/days a week between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM Monday - Friday (Saturdays on occasion).
                                                  • Excellent communication skills required
