Job Description The Order Fulfillment Manager is responsible for the order processing and fulfillment with specific focus on providing highest level of customer service for both internal and external customers. This role requires proficiency in leadership, order management, fulfillment, logistics and ERP systems. This position is responsible for managing an Orders Team of Team Leads, Specialists and Project Coordinators overseeing the daily activities of the department. We are in an exciting time of growth at Unirac and are looking for a leader to help the organization grow our business and scale capabilities to meet and exceed our customers' expectations today and moving forward.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the Order Fulfillment Team in the execution of order intake/processing, shipment scheduling, status tracking, and overall management of all Unirac orders queue
• Oversee daily order fulfillment activities to ensure customer requirements are met
• Own, track and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and relevant metrics related to customer order management
• Regular communication with Sales Teams across Unirac and directly with key customers as required
• Coordinate with Operations Team to create, modify and implement ship plan based on order backlog and availability
• Create and publish product availability and delivery metrics with Sales Team regularly
• Ensure data and records are properly maintained and stored per regulatory and non-regulatory requirements
• Liaise with Finance on customer invoicing, billing and holds
• Hire, develop and facilitate training for teams; cross-training team members where appropriate
• Mentor, develop and coach through interaction with team members via team meetings and individual One on Ones
• Implement a CAPA approach (Corrective Action/Preventive Action) to issue resolution and order defect reduction
• Lead strategy/strategies for Order Fulfillment; this may include contingency planning, allocations and other activities to ensure highest level of service and On Time Delivery (OTD)
• Coordinate frequent collaboration with team members in Supply Chain and across departments in change management and continuous improvement initiatives
• Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment with an emphasis on total customer satisfaction
• Participate in special projects and other duties as requiredWork Experience Experience:
  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Finance or Business Management preferred; MBA or other advanced degree a plus
  • 2+ years managerial experience building, leading and developing teams
  • Experience communicating at all levels of an organization, internally and externally; from the shop floor to the C-Suite
  • Solar experience highly valued
