Position DescriptionYour Opportunity
As a full-time Deputy Program Manager, you will work for TechSource and support the Nuclear Enterprise Assurance (NEA) Division (NA-121.4). You will assist the NEA Governance Lead with programmatic activities within the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). You will communicate vision, strategy, plans, policy, requirements, processes, and measures to support the NEA Division Director in managing the NNSA Office of Defense Programs' performance and success in executing the NEA Program. You'll collaborate with the NEA Governance Lead in their responsibilities to lead the execution of programs, policy, requirements, assessment, oversight, and workforce development activities. You will work a hybrid work schedule with 2 - 3 days in the office and 2 - 3 days remote work. This position is located in Albuquerque, NM.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain Defense Programs NEA policies and requirements for nuclear weapon and nuclear weapon enabling capabilities including providing leadership for formal publishing of nuclear weapon information technology risk management framework requirements.
• Inform NNSA policies and DOE orders to ensure integrated NEA governance.
• Provide oversight in the development of NEA implementation training programs.
• Establish standards and processes for NSE-wide NEA awareness, training, and skills development.
• Support the implementation of the NEA Program Execution Plan.
• Support the development and oversight of L2 (Level 2) Milestones for M&O contractors.
