Medical Group is looking for a Family Medicine Medical Director for its growing team.

The medical director (MeD) is responsible for medical supervision and overall regulation of all medical facets that may affect the Medical Group. The MeD general duties include overseeing clinical compliance, the quality of patient care, and the education of the providers in the clinics within the MeD's purview.The MeD works with management to coordinate various interdisciplinary teams to execute the clinic's policies, systems and performances, and must be deeply involved in the regulation and implementation of Lovelace Health system; The MeD ensures an adequate environment for the professional well-being of the providers while demonstrating exemplary behavior, cultivating respect, fairness, integrity, responsibility, and promoting the spirit of trust and professionalism in the organization.Responsibilities and duties:
