  OverviewNurse Manager RN, Rehabilitation Dialysis Hemo Unit, Full Time, DaysWe are looking for a Nurse Manager (RN) to join our Rehabilitation Team in Albuquerque, NM.--Lovelace UNM Rehabilitation Hospital which provides state-of-the-art medical rehabilitation services for patients recovering from health care conditions such as stroke, brain injury, trauma, other musculoskeletal disorders, or serious illness. Lovelace UNM Rehabilitation Hospital is the only rehabilitation hospital in the state of New Mexico accredited in six programs by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).   • Responsible for the operations, personnel and financial management of department(s).
  • Supports the director in achieving optimum performance by ensuring continuity and quality of service and care through the management of overall day-to-day operations.
  • Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety. QualificationsNurse Manager (RN) Education and Experience Requirements:
    • Minimum: Bachelors degree or progressive nursing/management experience; Desired: Masters degree in Nursing/Business or equivalent
    • Minimum: Three (3) years previous job related experience; Five (5) years previous job related experience with supervisory experience preferred.
    • Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire)
    • Current BLS
    • Ability to influence, motivate, manage, train, direct, counsel and develop staff
    • Communication and positive employee relation skills
