have an exciting opportunity to join Lovelace Medical Center as a
Director of Case Management ResponsibilitiesThe primary
responsibilities of the Director, Case Management include:
- Directs and administers strategic, operational, fiscal and
personnel activities of the Case Management department to ensure
procedures adhere to standards of various accrediting and
regulatory agencies.
- Prepares and manages budgets, manages/supervises staff and
ensures quality services are provided through daily
operations.
- Manages and oversees plan of care for patients.
- Serves as a liaison and provides support.
- Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure
compliance and patient safety. QualificationsEducation and
Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, business or related field of
study; Relevant education and/or experience may be substituted for
one another in accordance with policy
- Master's Degree preferred
- Five (5) years of case management experience of which three (3)
years must have been in a management capacity. Relevant education
and/or experience may be substituted for one another in accordance
to policyLicensure:
- Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days
of hire) or current Case Management Certificate/Fellowship Status;
employee will be required to maintain license and requisite
