This role will have a growing team focused on cultivating both inbound and outbound new business opportunities. Your main focus will be ensuring your team is delivering repeatable & profitable pipeline and developing the future AEs of Infosec.

  • Successful candidates will be motivated by a data-driven, fast-paced SaaS business model
  • Work exclusively out of Salesforce CRM to manage activity-based metrics and report key KPIs to sales leadership
  • Create, deploy, and analyze prospecting cadences; including cold calls, social media and personalized emails, while connecting with the right personas at target companies
  • Institute and refine a culture of continuous coaching (including role playing, team stand-ups, incentive programs, regular 1:1s with direct reports, performance-improvement-plans, etc.)
  • Ensure Marketing generated leads prioritized by ICP are contacted within reasonable timeframe for follow-up
  • Excellent qualifying skills
  • Be a key source of insight into competitive landscape/strategy/news
  • Manage the assigned team by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new staff in the department.
  • Oversee the daily workflow and execution of the departments operational goals by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Work with other departments to remove roadblocks for the team, improve customer experience, and improve company performance.Skills you will need here:
    • 5+ years of enterprise software executive sales experience; particularly experience selling cybersecurity products is highly desirable
    • The ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
    • High level of focus, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high-level of accuracy
