About this OpportunityWe are looking for an experience Senior
Living Sales & Marketing Director to keep the momentum going in
occupancy growth. The ideal candidate is someone with experience,
who is warm, friendly, curious, creative, strong leader, and
genuinely care about helping senior find the best solution for
their needs and desires. This position also requires someone who is
highly professional, laser focused, has strong communication skills
(both written and verbal), can manage multiple areas of
responsibility at once - continually adjusting priorities to meet
objectives. About Amaran Senior LivingAmaran Senior Living is
premier new-construction 76-unit community that offers assisted
living & memory care. Situated on a campus with Montessori1
Academy, the community's intergenerational and Montessori program
is purpose for which this community was developed. The community
takes a unique approach to caring for older people that emphasizes
the uniqueness of each individual resident and their goals and
priorities. Since opening and despite COVID-19, the community has
experienced a faster lease-up (growth in occupancy) than could have
been anticipated. 20% more growth will take us to 100% occupancy
which we anticipate will be within a year of opening. Position
SummaryResponsible for managing all aspects of the sales process
with prospective residents and their families; to include but not
limited to, lead generation, responding to and following up with
all inquiries, maintaining and managing accurate records and
documentation through Insight CRM. Responsible for meeting
Insight's standards, conversions and sales expectations.
Demonstrate leadership among team members and prospective resident
throughout the sales process. Status Full-Time Salary-ExemptPayBase
pay according to experience/track-record, eligible to participate
in Community Sales & Marketing Director Bonus Plan. Reports
toAdministrator with support from VP of Sales & MarketingWork
HoursThe Sales & Marketing Director generally works business-hours
Monday - Friday and rotates weekends as the Manager on Duty, and
after-hours/weekends to hold Community events and attend to
after-hour/weekend tours/move-ins. Responsibilities* This is not a

Active member of the Community Leadership Team
Oversite & coordination of all internal and external marketing
activities/initiatives
Creates and facilities an atmosphere of hospitality & customer
service
Prepares/implements the Annual Marketing Plan
Reports occupancy projections
Maintains lead/lead source data base documenting all
networking/sales related activities and ensuring the accuracy of
Census/Occupancy Dashboards
Creates and maintains strong external referral source network
through weekly outreach
Cultivates a desire for community members and lead sources to refer
prospects to the community
Responds to inquires within an hour of inquiry or as soon as
possible
Follows up with leads daily according to a schedule/strategy most
appropriate for the individual prospect
Overcome objections/barriers to secure reservations/move-ins
Cultivates a desire for prospects to choose and move-in to the
community
Leads Community Leadership Team to determine, plan, execute, and
host both internal and external events
Trains Community Leadership Team to take inquiry calls, tour
prospects, discover prospect needs and desires, and set next step
for follow-up.
Creates and maintains a tour-tree for the Community that identifies
the order of who will take tours when the Sales & Marketing
Director is not available.
Creates and maintains a positive image for Community and the
Community's management company, Insight Senior Living.
Performs other duties as assigned

Families & residents understand services offered as well as
limitations and have realistic expectations for residency
DrivingThis position requires local travel, driving personal
vehicle, maintaining auto-insurance and maintaining an active
Driver's License with a clear driving record.

Qualifications
Proven-track record leading Sales & Marketing for Senior Living
Communities
Event planning experience
Other education/experience to succeed in the responsibilities & key
desired results for the community
Clear criminal record & meets requirements of New Mexico Abuse
Registry
Drivers license with clear motor vehicle record
Savvy with use of social media
Other Requirements
Sincere desire to serve seniors
Proficiency with use of a computer, Google Workspace, and the
Community CRM (lead management system)
Possess a high degree of interpersonal relationship skills and
demonstrates the capability of relating to a variety of people and
personalities in a professional manner
Leadership qualities
Strong communication skills, proficient in speaking, reading &
writing the English language
Strong public relations and relationship building skills
Comfortable with public speaking, being recorded on video,
appearance/speaking for television or radio opportunities
Self-motivated, self-regulated, ability to manage time, maintain
focus on priorities, and work efficiently
