Honeywell Federal Manufacturing & Technologies (FM&T) manages
and operates facilities for the U.S. Department of Energy/National
Nuclear Security Administration's (NNSA), in Albuquerque, NM as
well as the Kansas City National Security Campus. Honeywell
FM&T - New Mexico Operations provide state-of-the-art
engineering, manufacturing, transportation technologies, emergency
response and sourcing facility produces a wide array of intricate
components to deliver trusted national security products and
government services primarily for the NNSA. Honeywell FM&T's

Summary of Duties:
Leads moderately complex Community Outreach Program(s), Project(s),
and/or strategic business process development/execution. With input
from leaders and other stakeholders, this person will be
accountable for strategic community investments, oversee
scholarship programs, create and monitor spending to budget,
engaging leaders with non-profits throughout New Mexico
Evaluates, determines, and drives program management activities to
manage one or more moderate to significantly complex program
elements
Provides expertise to review and drive execution of innovative
solutions to issues
Develops cost, scope, and schedule framework for projects and
program elements; manages and intervenes as necessary to ensure
delivery to cost, scope, and schedule agreements
Provides primary support and guidance to the financial planning,
monitoring, scheduling, and preparation
Leads multiple aspects of moderately complex Community Outreach
planning, monitoring, reporting, scheduling, and communication
required for program/project planning and control
Directly interfaces with business leadership, departments, and
customers to determine successful community and employee engagement
activities
Conducts activities in a safe and healthy manner and works in
accordance with established HS&E requirements to ensure the
protection of employees, the public, and the environment. Takes
actions necessary to ""stop"" work when an unsafe condition or
action is identified. Every employee has the right and
responsibility to stop work when unsafe conditions or actions are
identified
Other duties as assigned.
You Must Haves:
Five or more years of relevant experience in project planning,
engineering of products or processes or contract management
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or 2 additional years of
direct work experience in lieu of a degree
