Customer Support & Training - Georgia, US Description The Professional Services, Program Manager is the primary point of contact between facility executive leadership and the resource managers of all IS teams and is responsible for engaging executive leadership and communicating the progress of high priority implementation efforts. The Program Manager is accountable for working with and facilitating processes to accomplish complex implementation objectives, managing change, and resolving issues that span project teams and departments by planning, organizing, directing and supervising program activities in a cost effective and productive manner to achieve customer satisfaction. The Program Manager will report to the Professional Services Executive Vice President. As a member of our Professional Services team, your job would involve: Planning, design, and implementation of EHR software applications Overseeing all aspects of projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of projects Ensuring that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets Building and maintaining working relationships with team members, MEDITECH implementation specialists, and other departments involved in the project Preparing and presenting reports for upper management regarding the status of project Managing staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs Travelling 80% of the time, anywhere in the United States or Canada What You Should Have Bachelor's degree Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM) 5 years of experience implementing large scale EHR projects 2-3 years of supervisory experience Extensive knowledge of hospital/healthcare departmental processes Exceptional project management and organizational skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Ability to organize and analyze detailed information and present it in a variety of formats for business, executive, and technical audiences Excellent leadership skills and the ability to influence the actions of others and be decisive when needed Ability to effectively manage projects that may vary in nature and scope High level of initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision This position requires that you have received a COVID-19 vaccination unless you have a valid religious, medical, or pregnancy-related accommodation.In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
