Job Description This leadership position is responsible for the overall management and effective performance of the Strategic Implementation Office with accountability to deliver consistent, high quality project, program, portfolio, and business process management services that enable and support the successful execution of Fluents organizational strategy and priorities. Responsibilities Responsibilities Lead, direct, and be accountable for the overall performance of the Fluents Strategic Implementation Office in the delivery of complex projects directly affecting Fluents strategy to meet technology and business requirements on-time and within budget. Complex projects include the implementation of new clients, implementation of new lines of business for existing clients, and execution of other programs and projects for Fluent and or its clients. The Strategic Implementation Office must effectively collaborate, coordinate, and communicate at multiple levels with: Fluents clients With PHS enterprise services including Information Technology, Data & Analytics, Human Resources, Legal, and Compliance Other Fluent departments External implementation partners Establish and facilitate effective program and project management governance and oversight Build, maintain, and execute business process and project management roadmaps, which are aligned with organizational strategies, priorities, and goals Develop and manage comprehensive project portfolios, budgets, resource allocations, and costs with overall accountability for portfolio performance key performance indicators and metrics Prepare and deliver regular, effective communications to ensure that leadership and project sponsors are adequately apprised of project statuses, successes, risks and issues Establish professional standards for business process and project management - using industry innovations, best practices, standards, methodologies, and key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement Lead strategic and tactical business process architecture and design, with specific focus on the proactive identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives that generate value for the organization capitalize on opportunities to improve productivity, quality, time-to-market, solutions quality, and cost effectiveness Cultivate professional relationships with key organizational leaders, based on trust and respect Create organizational credibility with respect to all project management deliverables and process efficiencies by instilling the culture of execution, operational excellence, and accountability for outcomes Manage and develop business process and project management staff, establish performance expectations and standards, and serve as a role model and provide leadership direction to PMs throughout project lifecycle Apply risk management assessment in project planning ongoing execution and resolves issues and conflicts associated with management of multiple complex high-priority projects Other duties as assigned Other_Information Qualifications Bachelors Degree Project Management Professional certification or equivalent certification, with strong background in project method best practices Minimum 10 years project management experience including management of large complex projects with multi-million dollar budgets and large teams of resources Minimum 5 years leadership experience, with strong management organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to work with all levels of leadership, management and staff, both business and technical, as well as customers and vendors.
