Fiore Industries, Inc. is searching for a self-motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer with a proven record of excellent R&D, product development, and/or product manufacturing environments. Responsibilities will include working alongside other engineering professionals to ensure deadlines and budgets are met, liaising with external stakeholders, attending meetings, using CAD software to produce detailed designs and perform advanced engineering analysis, and leading junior engineers and technicians.To be successful as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you should be a highly creative individual with the ability to - directly and by leading others - develop innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges. The top candidate will also have the ability to communicate their technical ideas clearly.Responsibilities:Make direct contributions and lead others within a multi-disciplinary engineering team to:Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for R&D projects, and existing and new products.Analyze technical problems and create mechanical designs to solve them.Perform advanced engineering calculations, analysis, modeling, and simulation to support design work.Develop and conduct tests to demonstrate new designs and technologies, and improve product designs.Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors to ensure electromechanical hardware is delivered on time and within budget.Perform detailed documentation to track project development and design process.Allocate resources and time effectively, and attend meetings to provide input and updates.Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, directors, clients, and vendors. Position Requirements ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES shall include, but are not limited to:

• Requirements:Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering (Master's Degree preferred).5-10+ years of experience working in mechanical engineering.An existing book of business, a plus.Additional courses in mathematics, physical science or design, a plus.Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience designing mechanical systems and products. -Excellent math skills: ability to apply advanced mathematical principles and statistics to solve problems. Experience using CAD/FEA software such as SolidWorks, ANSYS, or similar. Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability Ability to run simulations and analyze test data. Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation. Highly analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -Ability to communicate effectively and clearly. Must be self-motivated and great at working as part of a multidisciplinary team.Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams to successful outcomes.Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills.Curiosity and a growth mindset.Must be a U.S. Citizen or legally eligible to work in the United StatesMust have a clean driving record and must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report resulting in evidence of insurability by our insurance brokerMust be able to pass a Urine Drug ScreeningMust be able to pass a background security checkBENEFITS:
