Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Occupational Therapist position is available to support elementary
and secondary school students in Albuquerque, NM. This role
requires hands-on experience working within a school setting to
provide therapy services that enhance students gross and fine motor
skills, contributing to their academic success and overall
development. Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy
services to an estimated caseload of 40-45 students. Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans focused on gross and fine
motor skill development. Collaborate with educators,
administrators, and families to support student progress. Conduct
assessments and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with
educational and licensure standards. Work on-site to deliver direct
therapy interventions in the school environment. Qualifications and
Experience: Licensed or able to obtain an NM RLD license and an
NMPED license. Experience in pediatric occupational therapy with a
preference for school-based practice. Strong skills in gross motor
and fine motor development. Ability to work collaboratively in a
dynamic educational setting. Commitment to on-site, full-time
engagement (37.5 hours per week). Location: Albuquerque, NM
