Young, dynamic private equity firm investing in commercial real estate development powered by proprietary technlogy is hiring a graphic designer for ongoing creative projects to be used in print, web, email, video, and presentation formats.

Creates graphic content that communicates mood, emphasis, insights, and viewpoints to accomplish effective communication. Conceives, designs, produces, and coordinates original or composite illustrations and creative artwork for publications used in external communication. Designs publications that combine text and graphics to accomplish marketing objectives for real estate investment.

Provides guidance on graphic technology and the use of visual products to accomplish promotional marketing. Develops multimedia campaigns and supporting materials for internal and external use that enhance the organization's image and reputation. Develops and maintains graphic designs, including art, color themes, photographs, and web pages that support the organization's image, identity, and brands.

Required

Experience in or a desire to learn commercial real estate a plus. Ability to turn designs in under 24 hours, take constructive feedback and produce high quality design layouts, images, and presentations. Must be prompt, professional, have high attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
Must have strong knowledge of digital design programs, Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Illustrator and lnDesign, along with the ability to maximize templates in HubSpot and other formats.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
2-4 years of experience in graphic design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with exceptional InDesign skills
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
Portfolio of work
