Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal

strong client relationships. As part of our Customer Service &
Support team, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers
with inquiries and providing solutions that help them manage their
financial goals. This position offers a comprehensive training
program, opportunities for professional growth, and exposure to a
variety of financial products and services. Respond to customer
inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Provide accurate
information about financial products and services. Help customers
navigate their accounts and services. Resolve issues and complaints
with a positive, customer-first approach. Record customer
interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to
achieve targets and improve customer satisfaction. Partake in
ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and new
products. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to
manage stressful situations and maintain professionalism Basic
understanding of financial services and products Proficiency in MS
Office and CRM software Strong problem-solving skills Attention to
detail 401k Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP)
certification preferred but not required.
