the Arise® Platform. The Arise® Platform is an online portal that
connects you to remote customer service opportunities with big-name
brands. Through the platform, you can provide remote customer
support, earning extra revenue while saving time and money on costs
associated with working outside of the home. The Arise® Platform
has various well-known clients available-including this opportunity
with an educational support resources provider -and you could start
earning in just a few weeks. What you will do as an Inbound
Customer Support Representative: - Receive inbound calls from
customers answering questions and resolving issues to the caller's
satisfaction. - Deliver excellent service by actively listening and
helping callers uncover the best solution. - Provide professional
support in both English and Spanish, as needed. What's needed to
service this client: - Minimum of one year of consistent inbound
call support experience in a customer-facing environment (within
the past two years). - Retail support experience is preferred but
not required. - Quiet and secure workspace to manage a consistent
flow of calls. - Wired internet connection with required speeds
(ping 25 Mbps; upload >10 Mbps; minimum 8GB RAM). - High School
diploma or equivalent. - Background check required What would be
great to have: - Two or more years of experience in a
customer-facing call center environment (preferably with an online
bill pay service, financial institution, or technical support). -
Proven experience using customer service software, CRM systems, or
providing customer support through virtual channels (email, chat,
video calls). No degree necessary - This is a great work-from-home
