Our company is growing, and we need a maintenance professional who has the know-how to keep our facilities and equipment in top shape. You’ll conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance and come up with ideas for preventative measures we can use to maximize the life of our equipment and minimize safety risks. Compensation: $13.50 - $14 hourly Responsibilities: Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks Routinely inspect rooms and buildings for items needing attention Complete work orders daily and perform necessary repairs Qualifications: At least 2 years of maintenance experience Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems About Company We are a great environment to work in, and we are looking forward to adding you to our Marriott family in Tucumcari!
