* Data Entry
* Product Knowledge
* Computer Literate (Email, Internet, Windows nevigation, file
management)
* Must have 2-5 years of Customer Service/Call Center
Experience
* Mult-Tasking
* Ability to handle high volume of phone calls in/out
* Time Management
* High level of initiative, being able to work independantly
* Must be able to work in a team environment
* Good attentative and active listening skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
