In support of the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) contract, you will be a part of our team's efforts to empower the Department of Defense's navigation warfare (NAVWAR) mission ensuring positioning, navigation and timing superiority. Our mission is to provide combatant commanders and joint force commanders with subject matter expertise on planning and conducting NAVWAR by providing knowledge of friendly and enemy NAVWAR Order of Battle and PNT-related successes and threats.
What You'll Get to Do:
Supports administrative tasks across J3/J4/J7 in an administrative capacity.
Performs administrative duties in a staff activity.
Ensures proper disposition of significant administration workload to maintain pace and scale of ongoing operations.
Provides support to action officers planning executive events.
Maintains personnel and other files; prepares correspondence, schedules and coordinates travel.
Assists with management of Task Management Tool (TMT) and acts as a TMT SME providing training to new users.
Assists in the preparation of documents and supports the development of contract deliverables and reports.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
7 Yrs Relevant Exp in staff administrative support.
Prefer Administrative Assistant Certification, Certified Administrative Professional, Microsoft Office Specialist or equivalent
Existing SECRET clearance
