Job Description:
A Medicaid services facilitation provider is in need of a Remote
Administrative Support Team Member.
Must be able to:
Support the division staff and the families we serve
Answer questions on calls
Provide resources and information
Position Requirements Include:
A documented combination of skills/relevant work experience
Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Google applications
Have good interviewing techniques
Understands roles and responsibilities involved in administering
Virginia Medicaid Waivers
Understands the rules under CCC Plus and Community Living
Consumer-Directed Waiver services
