Job Description We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions for the team. Approx 20 hours/week.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Calendar appointments and events
Scanning & filing
Create bank deposit
Go to bank, Post Office, and other courier type tasks
Perform additional office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields is a plus
Experience with Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook are a BIG plus
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
