Job Description:The RoleAs a key member of the Operations Services Group (OSG) in Albuquerque, you will be providing support to the site lead as well as associates throughout the organization who work in Albuquerque. You will perform your duties while working in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Your responsibilities includeAdvanced management of complex calendarAdvanced arrangement of detailed travel and processing expensesAssisting with special projects supporting OSG initiativesBack up and assist administrative team members to ensure consistent, effective coverageCreate and edit Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, Word documents and Excel spreadsheetsAdvanced coordination of meetings, including agenda development, arranging technical support, and cateringThe Expertise and Skills You BringBachelor's degree or 5+ years of dynamic work experience supporting organizationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to successfully interact with all levels of senior management and associatesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of productsFinancial industry experience is strongly preferredYou possess strong communication, organizational skills and attention to detailYou have the advanced ability to multi-task and proactively anticipate the needs of executivesYou can effectively interact with senior level management as well as associatesYou have a proven track record of working collaboratively and effectively with various personalitiesYour skills as a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and involvementThe TeamMembers of this group obtain an essential understanding of the financial services industries.
