MISSION STATEMENT
The Receptionist collaborates with all staff and clients to provide them with exceptional service. We treat our clients with compassion and advocate for them by maximizing compensation caused by wrongful actions of others. Our goal is to ensure our clients are satisfied and know Parnall Law has stood up and fought for them by giving them a voice.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer phones
• Warmly and compassionately greet callers and visitors, making them feel welcome and comfortable
• Make the best first, continued, and lasting impression on clients and all visitors and callers, including lawyers, doctors and other providers, witnesses, court reporters, and insurance adjusters.
• Create raving fan clients and help the business and law practice grow and thrive.
• Assist our Intake, Paralegal and Attorney Teams with gathering information.
• Educate clients with forms and provide them information
• Schedule appointments
  QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience managing multiple phone lines
  • Empathetic toward client needs
  • Energetic personality
  • Professional communication and appearance (you are the face of the firm)
  • Time management with the ability to be flexible and work on multiple projects at a time
  • Proven ability to work in a team collaborative environment
