If you're looking for a long-term temporary-to-full-time engagement, and can work in Albuquerque, New Mexico, this could be the Customer Service Representative position for you!JOB SUMMARYESSENTIAL DUTIESData Entry 60% Creates batches on the administration system. Posts checks to created batches. Enters all new contract data into the administration system for all products. Enters all contract cancellation data into the administration system for all products. Distributes completed batches to Quality Control Specialists.Check Processing 20% Prepares claims check approval spreadsheets for accounting department. Generates claims check runs through the administration system, upon approval from accounting. Verifies all disbursement entries for refunds. Prepares refunds check approval spreadsheets for accounting department. Generates refunds check runs through the administration system, upon approval from accounting. Requests issuance of all checks through accounting department. Confirms payee, address, and dollar amount on all checks prior to mailing. Prepares and stuffs envelopes for mailing. Resolves any issues regarding check processing. Scans completed check runs for internal departments. Maintains check run filings.Filing 15% Creates file folders for all product types. Pulls pre-sorted batches from holding cabinets. Itemizes batches by producer numbers. Files the batches in their respective file folders. Fulfills batch file requests for members of the team. Organizes and re-files all returned batch files.Backup to Mail Processing 5% Sorts US mail for various departments. Sorts Fed-Ex and UPS packages. Opens of all Casualty Administrations mail. Itemizes of all Casualty Administrations mail. Stamps all incoming mail with received date.Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
  • Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods
  • Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Solid understanding of data entry
  • Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Customer service and office administrative skills
