This role focuses on providing high-quality banking services to our individual clients, guiding them through their financial journeys with personalized banking solutions. The Retail Banking Associate will be an integral part of our commitment to excellence in client service, assisting customers with their immediate financial needs and long-term financial planning. We are looking for a motivated individual passionate about helping others and skilled in the areas of banking and financial management. Assist customers in account management, including opening new accounts, managing deposits, and withdrawals. Provide information on banking products such as savings accounts, checking accounts, and loans. Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently. Advise customers on financial planning and investment opportunities within our banking framework. Collaborate with team members to develop new strategies for customer engagement and retention. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards. Participate in training and workshops to enhance service skills and banking knowledge. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in financial management software Understanding of banking regulations and compliance Ability to analyze financial data and provide advice Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills 401k Preferred: Certified Banker (CB) certification
