As the Sr. Client Service Coordinator, you will maintain and enhance client relationships through strong customer service and communication skills. You will support Investment Advisors through scheduling appointments, sales and service support, maintaining referral programs, event/workshop planning, and additional administrative duties. You will maintain and service accounts, ensuring proper and complete client documentation aligned with FINRA and broker-dealer requirements.What you'll do:

  • You will handle client and prospect inquiries and service needs, effectively work with support personnel at vendors and broker-dealers to ensure a high degree of quality service, member satisfaction, and accuracy.
  • You will set up and maintain client contact records with appropriate information and in accordance with FINRA compliance standards. You will maintain contact records in the broker-dealer client database/systems of record. Process paperwork and trades for investment clients.
  • You will prepare or assist in the preparation of assigned reports. You will provide confidential administrative support to members of management and staff. You will compose letters and memoranda from dictation, verbal direction, written documents, and files. You will edit written communications from word-processing documents. You will submit and follow-up on Credit Union marketing approval submissions to broker-dealer compliance. You will screen incoming mail, phone calls, publications, and other correspondence.
  • You will contact Credit Union referrals to determine appropriate representative assignment. You will schedule meetings. You will maintain daily appointment calendars, track referrals, and submit referral payment documentation to payroll.
  • You will coordinate in-person and virtual events, workshops, and seminars for Investment Services clients or prospects, in coordination with marketing and other internal departments, and broker-dealer.
  • You will keep securities licensing current through successful completion of Continuing Education requirements.What you'll need:
    • Five to eight years of investment, wealth management, private banking, or similar related experience.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent.
    • Series 7 and 63 required. Series 65/66, Current State of New Mexico Life and Health Insurance License, Variable Insurance Products License and registration desired but not required. Similar licenses from adjacent states (TX, AZ, UT, CO, OK) desired but not required.Key Skills and Experience:
      • Excellent working knowledge of securities, life insurance, and annuity products.
      • Proficient in operational procedures related to customer accounts.
      • Strong practical understanding of general economic principles related to all aspects of personal finance.
      • Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information and handle problem resolution.
      • Effectively communicate with internal and external customers appropriately via in-person, email, etc.
      • Experience in multi-tasking, meeting strict deadlines, dealing with sensitive information, and problem resolution while providing exceptional service.
      • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and all internal systems as affiliated with the department.
