Cardiac Sonographer at Presbyterian, you'll be on the front lines
of diagnosis and management of fetuses, children, and adults with
congenital heart disease.The Pediatric and Adult Congenital
Cardiology program at Presbyterian Healthcare Services (PHS) is the
state leader in congenital heart disease - performing more than 250
congenital cardiac surgeries and interventional cardiac
catheterizations each year (and growing).The program provides
comprehensive surgical, interventional, and ambulatory care to
patients with all forms of congenital heart disease. We're a
non-academic, regional referral facility - the only regional
pediatric cardiology referral center in New Mexico.Where you'll

work:Presbyterian Hospital is the flagship hospital of PHS, located
within the heart of Albuquerque. Once remodels to existing
buildings are complete, Presbyterian Hospital will have a 600
private room capacity - the largest in New Mexico.What you'll
do:Pediatric Echo Techs at PHS frequently: - Provide the initial
diagnostic assessment of patients with undiagnosed congenital heart
disease. - Work with physicians to ensure each patient receives a
comprehensive echocardiogram. - Participate in all OR and Cath Lab
imaging - in addition to providing inpatient echocardiograms and
clinic-based echocardiograms.In addition to competitive base
compensation, we're currently offering sign-on bonus of up to
$20,000, based on experience plus relocation assistance of up to

Presbyterian Echocardiography team offers a tier-based compensation
system and natural progressions for advancement. The below
qualifications highlight requirements for a level I position,
however level I, II, and III positions are available.Minimum
Qualifications: - At least one (1) years of experience in
inpatient/outpatient cardiac ultrasound. - Graduate of a two (2)
year Allied Health Training Program in Ultrasound Technology
-OR-Graduate of Bachelor's program in health science (including,
but not limited to, cardiovascular technology, ultrasound,
radiologic technology,respiratory therapy, or nursing) - New Mexico
State Licensure under the New Mexico Medical Imaging and Radiation
Therapy Program (NMRTT) required. - RDCS PE (peds echo) / RCCS
(cardiac congenital)-OR- RDCS AE (Adult) / RCS (adults echo) AND
Must pass registry exam for ARDMS PE / CCI RCCS within 18 months of
hire. - Current BLS required.Preferred Qualifications: - Graduate
of an accredited program in cardiac ultrasound (echocardiography) -
ACS - Fetal echo experience - Ability to scan premature babies in
