*Correctional Registered Nurse*Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. If you are dedicated, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference in people's lives, we would love to hear from you.*Responsibilities:*- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team- Assist with medical procedures and provide support to patients and their families- Educate patients on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records*Qualifications:*- Valid Registered Nurse license in New Mexico or compact license accepted-Must have 1+ years of experience as a RN- Proficient in administering injections, ventilating patients, IV insertion, and medication administration- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities- Compassionate and empathetic towards patients*Shift:* shifting schedules, floating shifts (Will try to make block schedule)*Duration: *13 Weeks*Pay Breakdown:*$65/hr (taxed + nontaxed)$15/hr (taxed)$50/hr (nontaxed/stipend)$2,340 weekly gross based on 36 hoursWe offer competitive compensation packages including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and competitive pay.
