Shift differentials for nights and weekends: Weekend Day Differentials: $3.00 M-Th 7am-7pm Weekend Night Differentials: $8.00 Fri-Sun 7pm-7am Weekday Night Differentials: $5.00 M-Th 7pm-7am Differentials for higher education, certifications and various lead roles. Qualifications: Two to three years college level courses/Associates Degree/Diploma in Respiratory Care. New Mexico Respiratory Care Practitioner License, Registered Respiratory Therapist credential from the NBRC, ACLS and/or PALS , BLS required.
