Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced X-ray Technician to join our medical team. As an X-ray Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate diagnostic imaging services to our patients. You will be responsible for operating X-ray equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.Responsibilities:- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly- Follow protocols and guidelines to obtain high-quality images- Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret and evaluate images- Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols- Maintain knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminologyExperience:- Proven experience as an X-ray Technician or in a similar role- Proficiency in operating X-ray equipment and related software- Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation and image interpretation- Familiarity with aseptic techniques and infection control protocols- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsRequirements:- Valid certification or license as an X-ray Technician- Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detailWe offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
