Job Description:
Counsels and educates clients on debt management, budgeting,
credit practices, housing issues, and the wise use of credit both
over the phone and face to face. Reviews client?s financial
situation. Works with client to develop and implement a clear
financial management action plan. Input client information into
Springboard systems. The counselor must first and foremost be
professional in appearance, attitude and depth of relevant
knowledge.
2-5 years experience in a counseling, lending or credit-related
field
Must obtain applicable counseling certifications, i.e. NFCC, FDCPA,
FCRA, HECM, etc. within 6 months of date of hire as outlined in
Springboard?s ?Exam Policy and Procedures?. We are an equal
